Start with foreign aid, next dump postal delivery. Those are easy. And who says the budget is fixed... it can and should be "unfixed". And let's do a National Sales Tax, and get rid of the IRS entirely.

Radical not complete defunding. Say, set a random, unscientific target of 2/3 reduction and pick a date oh say 20 years in the future to meet that target.

He is obviously sharp, but a lot of Americans are alarmed by his view of the role of central government in our lives. I'm one of them... he and his ilk scare the crap outta me. A radical defunding of the federal government in required IMO, not expansion.

I think what Tolwyn meant was, Obama is a "dull" tool. Not just a tool. Maybe that helps clarify
