Great news for Progressives!

Hugo Chavez won the popular vote in Venezuela yesterday, with 54%. I wonder if Obama called to congratulate him!

What's really funny, humorous, about all this?

Obama's having a harder time getting elected, than Chavez.

You can fill an SUV up in Caracas for about $3 bucks.... all that oil, all that "State" money, 14 years of Chavez' 'redistribution' to the poor, and the place is still a fecking dump.

I actually flew some 'voters' into Caracas from San Juan the day of the election; we had to kick a guy off the airplane before departure for threatening to kill another passenger - good times. Lot's of tension and excitement associated with that election, I got the feeling Chavez was done.. oh well.

On the return flight, a lady showed us her purple-inked finger, indicating she had just voted....

Why is it hard? Easy win the first time. Easier win the second time.

I'm sure you didn't think Romney was going to win? Even you can't be that dumb.

Well, Chavez's opponent probably has full US support, which is a good enough reason for people who care about their country to vote for Chavez despite the marxist agenda.
