What's the point of this article?

Know your opponent, so you know if you must carry a good quality weapon, keep it lubricated and loaded with good ammo?

Obama publicly stated he wanted to reinstate the assault weapons ban. I had a link from the NRA page but you'd have said it was biased. So here's one from Chicago.

Obama said he would sign the bill if passed. There is no bill, nor is there going to be one.
