Joe's team has been pretty consistent for his whole career. He's been on the WINNING team.

The winning team. Every time. Since 1972.
The guy is pretty amazing, and even more because he didn't spend a career in public service getting personally wealthy. Kinda the same as Bernie Sanders, come to think of it.
