agree with the article completely. Without strict regulation, carbon credit derivatives could easily trigger another bogus bubble. Now, the same can be said of any artificial economic vehicle. Thus, the world's major governments would do well to focus on speculative trading regulation, and transparancy about the creation and trade of 'investment vehicles'
