Re: Hey Slick and the 41st president
having recently defended Ruggie elsewhere, I will again state that Ruggie is clearly a textbook
Libertarian. Which, since he pretty much follows the playbook, makes him sound dumber than he
is at times. Now, why he wastes time getting 'information' from clearly conservative websites that
would piss on his political philosophy is anyone's guess......

I'm a constitutionalist. When there's a party that gets back to the roots of what this country was meant to be (as stated by our founding fathers) then I will gladly allow myself to be pigeonholed.

Re: Hey Slick and the 41st president
constitutionalist=libertarian for all intents and purposes. Actually, Constitutionalist means little, as the Constitution can be changed. You tend to defend the original Liberties spelled out in the document. Hence, my description. Still, it doesn't keeping you from being an idiot at times, but at least you're reasonably consistent about it.
Re: Hey Slick and the 41st president
Funny that someone such as you who defends criminals and makes excuses for them would call me an idiot. The good news is you're back on the kool-aid.

I forgot that it's ok to call someone a name and they don't have the right to be offended as long as there's a smiley next to it. My bad. Douchebag.

When you say, "what this country was meant to be", are you referring to the intent of the founding fathers?ruggbutt wrote:I'm a constitutionalist. exactly, ResDog--you know, a largely agrarian society, dominated by white men. Slavery is cool, no voting for women and those without real estate. Pretty much a Utopia!
oh, and I forgot.....those cool, three cornered hats.

I'm just trying to figure out if he's a Texualist or an Originalist.
He seems to jump on both sides of the fence.

there, that's the spirit!
at least I said that you're only an idiot 'at times'. Hell, we've had plenty of folks pass through this site who only aspired to rise to the level of idiot, on their good days.
