However, as long as you refuse to do something about the "mental cases", ain't
nuthin gonna change. Seems, some of ya just don't get this one simple fact?
Some "folks" just don't care...be they mental or otherwise, they just don't or can't care, therefore, consequences mean nothing to them.

The "proposed solution" to disarm and re-law society will do nothing but make
more victims. No process to I.D. these types of "folks" is or will be perfect, however, that ain't no excuse to ignore some type of process to weed these "folks" out of society.
