Post by ChipznBeer »

“I will honour Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year. I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future. The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me. I will not shut out the lessons that they teach!”
― Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol

Merry Christmas to each of you that celebrate it!!

sorry to hear that.....not the mend part, the other part. Something you ate, or a norovirus or something?

the last one(10 day) is likely norovirus. Notably prevalent last year, and pretty damned dangerous for older folks. I am pretty convinced that her bout with it in the winter weakened my late Mother to the point where she was too frail to deal with the stuff that hit her in June, and contributed to her passing. Just a theory, but anything that dehydrates one's body like that is bad news.
