Daii spelled it out. The matter isn't whether you are educating people in a certain practice(the details of which, or fine points thereof I have no clue), but teaching them to do safely something they are already doing. The article really doesn't spell that out, but I suspect that the latter was probably the case. Do I think homosexuality is immoral? No.

It has to do with age, period. I don't care if someone wants to suck a cock. Hell, I've been a lesbian since I was a little girl.
