rugg, that would imply that we could even identify, let alone successfully catch, terrorists. To date, our track record of doing either is piss-poor. To use the fishing analogy, we catch frogs, bats and squirrels and claim that they are fish.

If you capture a guy holding an AK who has just emptied it at you and he's not wearing a miltary uniform, he's a terrorist. It ain't that hard to finger out.

sure, but how many of them have we really caught?? Guantanamo is chockfull of guys who got turned over to us by third-parties(ie:warlords). God only knows what those people were doing, if anything.

You know i never understood why people always give the Nazis a hard time about executing civilians taking up arms against them, i guess yesterdays freedom fighters are todays terrorists
