another squadmate posted an old vid with him landing a 'vanilla' Bf109E with heavy damage on both wings.
It's apparently old news and the patch didn't change this aspect of Bf109 -> it's not a bug, it's a ...feature
Generally the patch feels good. Boys are happy about '88 too.
