Thank-you, Chipz!! A good time was had by all. Personal cooking critique: I slightly over cooked the breast meat on the turkey, but just slightly. The corn pudding should have been in a deeper dish for perfection, but I did manage to not burn the croissants and the shrimp I brought up from VA were top-notch. Still, all the guests laughed and farted all the way home, so the day was a success.
Now, I get to rest through a weekend of massive leftovers and football. w00t!
