While I honestly think the kid needed some kind of wake up call, I have issues with the cops who use the taser for stupid fecking reasons such as this. I think maybe to right the wrong the kid should be allowed to taser the cop.

there is conjecture that cops are "falling back" on taser use, and the fact that it is there and "safe" is increasing its useage under any circumstances

if parents would teach their children to respect Authority and to be disciplined. kids like that wouldn't be getting zapped with tazers, and 12 year old girls here in Portland wouldn't be getting shot by police with bean bag guns. I have NO sympathy for disobedient kids, they should have Tazers the mother too for raising a shitty kid
