OK here is the deal:
Two positions were removed from my organization, mine and another one. They made one position out of the two and offered me the job, I took the job and now doing the work of two people.
I sent the wife down the road and told her not to look back!
My 14 yo son has Tourette syndrome and was failing school so I am now home schooling him through a web based school so when I get home after work I spend about three hours going over his school work with him.
ACWOS is a low priority for me, I open the site at work and read the crap when I can.
I apologize for not tell you all I will be dropping out of the football thing.
Now we have demonstrable evidence that if you try to lead from behind, eventually the guys up front will stop looking back for instructions.

and football is not a priority? Tsk, Tsk!
Best of luck wrestling with that whole mess, DH. Enjoy the holiday, and it's great to hear that you weren't being held hostage in ruggbutt's basement with a bunch of Mexicans. :)

Best of luck to you.
Given what you've said, a silly little football pool is meaningless.

But now that you mention it ... you mind if I give your ex a call? 8-)

And because there's no Monday night game, I'm assuming that our tie breaker moves to the Sunday night game...Yes?
And if so....I'm going with.....
Tie Breaker : 51

So sorry to hear Darkhorse. :(
As for here, just like everything else in CWOS, it's never that important.
As for the cutesy comments after each week, you realize that was all in fun, no harm was meant, and on your part definitely no detailed explanation needed.
It was just nice to have another player added to our list for the sport of it...maybe next year things will hopefully improve and you'll be able to take another run at it. :)
