Penns Creek browns are bad-ass. You have to chase them sometimes, which is no mean feat in waders, connected by a few feet of 2 lb tippet.

Penns Creek was stocked......about 80 years ago. since then, much of it has not needed stocking. What I'm after this trip is pre-spawning browns(the big ones are my target) aggressively tagging baitfish on the way upriver. See you all next week!

not a bad trip. No hero fish, but a lot of little browns, one fat rainbow and a 14 inch brook trout which is big for down our way(I know, I know, they grow bigger in Canada). Obviously paying zero attention to pics, as I have like 4 correct to the moment. However, my Pats are looking effortless, even if tending to go to lunch too soon at the end of games. No one is stopping Brady to the tight ends. No one.

Just wait until week 9, fish boy. Your destruction is inevitable!
