...but, sometimes Tom Brady really IS the man. Carried that team on his back last night when needed. TD #2 couldn't have been placed on receivers hands more firmly had he been using a Lego Football. The long bomb to seal the game was a decent little toss for a 39 year old, also.

It kind of helps that Baltimore blew the coverage and when Hogan caught the ball there wasn't a Raven within 10 yards of him.
Shit, he was so open I could have thrown him that pass.

but could you? I get that he was open, but that was a LONG throw. Both teams played that game hard. Pats almost let them sneak in. Play of the game HAD to be that LB leapfrogging the long-snapper clean to block the FG.

From the 15 to the opposing 45 to a receiver without a defender in the same time zone. Brady untouched, all the time in the world. 40 yards in the air.
Any QB worth his salt could have made that pass.
Just sayin'.

so long as Floyd's problem there in Arizona was a one-off, he will help the Pats more than a little, with Amendola and Gronk out.

Don't kid yourself, Slick. Denver stands a chance in this game.

oh, this week is the last difficult game on the Pats schedule. You won't see Floyd play, more than likely. However, even you must realize that the Pats defense is close to clicking on all cylinders at the moment, so I think we take this one. Brady smells homefield blood. It will be a field position game, I suspect.
