Well Wullie, every once in a while, as you well know, one of them slicks through....Maybe, just maybe, if he had the "right" to ask him for proof of citizenship or status in this country? It would not have happened....just speculating.........

I love how the Feds expect the citizen to be held to a higher standard than either of two Federal agencies.

Here is a funny analogy....Let's say you own a bar in a college town....the mayor, city council and Police Dept. tell you that you cannot "card" the kids when they enter your bar....and then they arrest you for serving minors.....So, in order to stay in business....you start eye balling the patrons and refusing entry to those that "look to young"....The next thing, ya know....you are being sued for discrimination.....So, you close your bar down....Now, the mayor, city council,citizens and Police are complaining about...no place to drink and the loss of revenue...and are blaming you....
