I like to look at this way....in this order....What the U.S. loaned? vs What the U.S. borrowed against said loans owed? Equals ? The "honor" thingy? Where does it apply first?

maybe you should research that fully, and let us know what you find out about USA's foreign policies, international debts and captial from 1776 to present, and then tell us the cumlulative results and balance sheet
