What is amazing is that after all those elections he has witnessed he still believes the Republicans are out for his well being.

They steal less...and some folks would argue that their sense of "entitlement", only exists for themselves....

AND I got the chance to kick o'l Callmesick right in the teeth!
I also got to watch Chairman Pelosi give an arrogant surrender speach.
Priceless!

I know they are all crooks ;-)

Democrats want to seize my guns and take away my rights.
There is no fantasy here, taxes will not magicly drop.

Still I am on the Happy side of the political fence. This is a celebration!
Callmesick, Obama, Pelosi and their minions have been dealt a MASSIVE defeat!
And to think I helped in a small way..... Priceless!

kick ME in the teeth? How? The only campaign I worked on was victorious. Nothing about my life or personal finance will suffer. The people will figure shit out, the pendulum will swing back. For a guy that claims to have been voting since 1972(Nixon), Happy, you sure sound like a n00b. Like I said, let's see what ideas come to the table now, and how it all works out. I can easily see a fight brewing already between the old guard GOP and the Tea Party types. This should be fascinating to watch, for a couple years, and believe me, not one major accomplishment of the Obama administration will get revoked, repealed or overturned.

sorry to disappoint you dude, but that's politics. I don't get all personally invested like you apparently do.
I prosper when EITHER side wins. So, go have fun with your childish rants and all, but count me out of some sort of personal thing. Hell, I told you what the outcome would be, before the votes were counted. Do you think I was surprised? I'm in the process currently of being a thorn in the side of the local Dem party bosses,
as I think they fucked up a couple of PA races thoroughly. Still, it's not like some sort of sea-change is about to happen in DC, or anywhere else because of one mid-term election. Sheesh!

I would tend to agree. and History will back you up. once legislation is passed, it very seldom gets repealed. especially when you have a divided government with no majority on either side to force the issue. the only chance of Obama care being revoke would to to have it ruled Unconsitutional. which there might be a good chance of.

Our state passed a law that disallows any entity (including the Fed) from forcing us into a third party contract with health care providers.
