I bet that Wullie uses the word "civility" in 7 of his next 10 posts.
Opps...he's already used it twice. Make that 7 out of 8.
The boy does like to latch onto certain words. Remember "progressive"?

I believe it was Pud that was Progressive-obsessed. Bear in mind, Beck was hammering away at that one for a month or two around the same time. Using the word 'civility' and demonstrating an understanding of the word, of course, are two different things. ;)
