Damn, I likes that there Merlot myself....it's risky fer me...can set off the gout... :(

When it comes to the yard bird...Wullie, ya got it down.....I does it damn near indentical and have been known to
inject it with a little "Sweet Baby Ray's".....and wash it down with a dose of "Bitberger" beer..(German)... :D

On them steaks, Porterhouse is the best. Anybody who cooks'em more than medium-rare?
Oughta be a registered sex offender......or eat oatmeal and canned peaches.... ;)

Pretty much just knock the horns off'em, wipe their ass...thow'em on the plate....

Good lookin' chicken, Wullie.
I like to hold off on the sauce until the skins are nice and crispy. Crispy chicken skin adds nice texture.

I don't inject them, but 'Sweet Baby Ray's' is the best barbeque sauce in grocery stores, out of all the major brands.

Oh, and Wullie, this thought occurred to me on the way to work this morning: Is there a Mrs. Wullie somewhere in the background asking, "Dear, why are you taking pictures of our food?"

Oh, and when are you posting the rib pics? :)

Have you tried the Jack Daniel's line of sauces? Yummy, yummy!

I agree. But if you can find "Famous Dave's" I promise you that you won't be disappointed. They have several different types. I like their "Rich and Sassy" and I mix their "Devil's Spit" half and half. Spicy, tangy and sweet.
