I was merely tongue-in-cheek over the fact he whines a lot. Plus, referring to his boss as a 'beaner' doesn't win any points with me. It's merely a small, petty person whining. Political opinions don't enter into it.
Buzz, I loved my job when I was driving and moving the big stuff. The tougher it got, the more I liked it. Unfortunately for me it got to where I didn't think I had any business working 90 hours or more a week, because I started getting stupid and making dumb decisions when I got tired. I could see me killing somebody or myself because I just couldn't keep up when things got crazy.
Where I am now, I'm surrounded by people that do not give a shit for anything other than a paycheck. Last Friday there were 34 people doing NOTHING other than drawing their money. Figure 25 bucks an hour times 34 and the taxpayers got a real deal. Yeah that pisses me off. We're lectured constantly about not doing anything other than state business with state equipment and facilities. Friday they allowed a sales lady from COSTCO to come in and sell memberships at that "safety" meeting.
Fat Beaner, wrecked his company truck and then lied to everyone about it so he wouldn't get written up. Then he has the nerve to jump our cases about tearing stuff up and hiding the fact. It sucks. I'm stuck here. It's my fault but I don't try to waste the taxpayer's money.
