Some of y'all probably know this already....

A last minute "Epilepsy Filter" has been applied to the game....supposedly, it causes stutters and serious frame rate loss...
No way to turn the E-filter off in non-russian version of game. UBI ain't sayin shit about it and for some reason all the ewe-tube
videos being linked are with the russian version and the E-filter off...and it still stutters like R_D passing a peach seed...

On top of all this crap.....Elvis (Oleg Maddox) has left the building....

Not a set of positive conditions for this sim.

The filter can be turned off in the config.ini file.

What I've read? Only the Russian version can be done that way.
All others? Not possible.
Could ya give me a link or a steer towards where ya got that info?

A friend of mine over in Italy tried it and he says it works.

Thanx R_D for the effort and response...
I do believe, based upon reading the thread from the start....
That it is a viable fix for the "Russian Version"....the one that the
author has and the same one he is helping others with....
I did not see where it was stated or implied that this "fix" would work
on the NA or European versions.....I hope it will, I just didn't see it...

DX9 may be a temp fix..I hope so...

Seriously though, I won't believe it till I see the North American release version before I believe it.
