Jacked: Auto Theft Task Force to be precise and it got me thinking, why is the atf involved in car theft

They had to film that day, but it was the ATF's turn to have the gun that whole week...

The ATF is hoping to shoot and kill someone for a misdemeanor. It's been a month since the last one and they're getting itchy.
