...they have a surfing statue that the locals decorate for holidays and special occasions. No one really knows who's doing it cuz they do it in the middle of the night. For instance on Halloween they put old style clothes on it and a pumpkin head. Check out what they did for Easter, and I think ya'll can figure out what the second pic is:
