The "Change" we have been waiting for....
Yup, the Democratic Party has acknowledged that they are incapable of running the country...Instead? This disorganized rabble of a mob is more capable, than them.....Yeah, right.........
Democrats Offer Solidarity to Wall Street Protesters
The Democratic Party moved a step closer to embracing the Occupy Wall Street movement as its own with the top campaign arm for House Democrats sending around a petition urging people to "stand with" the movement.
In an email sent Monday morning, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Director Robby Mook appealed for signatures to an online petition in support of those who want "to let billionaires, big oil and big bankers know that we're not going to let the richest 1% force draconian economic policies and massive cuts to crucial programs on Main Street Americans."
The DCCC is trying to gather 100,000 names on the petition to "send a message straight to Eric Cantor, Speaker Boehner, and the rest of reckless Republican leadership in Congress."

Old Pudfark sez: " This is just as righteous and as discriminatory as a "Cross Burning"...With the Democratic Party, signing on.... "

The Demos are embracing the rabble crowds and calling it a movement.
Why?
Because they are desperate. They need a miracle to get the communist
president Osama Obama re-elected.
I say, give em pepper spray by the gallon!

possible, Res, that you are on to something, but still.......I see no reason that any real American citizen ought not be overjoyed at such public demonstration, and wish to see it become both massive and nationwide. As you know, I've been on here, painted endlessly as some sort of far-leftist, trying to make a basic point: We have the government, or lack thereof, which we, as a nation deserve. Obama had it right, we have become soft. We have become unconcerned, uninvolved, focused on instant celebrities, TV mental mush and petty political bickering driven by a 24 hour news cycle and a profit-centered media. Europeans, by and large, don't settle for lack of public responsiveness, or massive waste from their governments. They demonstrate, they strike, they fight back. And, it works. For every Faux News horror story painted about the economic demise of the European system, you have nations like Germany, which offers far better social services and support, yet has a robust economy and is actually facing a shortage of skilled industrial workers.
The Scandinavian nations are damned near as Socialist as any on the planet, yet they thrive. Here in the US, the public gets bent over repeatedly and is expected to roll over and take it. Maybe the Tea Party, if nothing else, started a grassroots groundswell. Maybe Occupy will add to that. Maybe, as a nation, we will wake up and demand a fair shake for the working people of the nation. It is a disgrace that the richest nation on the planet has a half-assed healthcare insurance system, forces workers to work without paid vacations, doesn't subsidize low-income housing, and doesn't have a true living retirement system for all. Maybe, in my lifetime, that can change. Or, maybe, as I've long feared, we will just continue the slide to a modern feudalism with a small percentage of well-off folks living separately from a mass of unwashed, underfed peasants. Time will tell.

There is only one thing I like about the passing "Democratic" regime.
It has been a boat load of fun taking it down!
Obama will return to paving driveways next year.
Oh, by the way callmesick, I am so scared of your "6'7".

no matter what happens in the election, Obama will still be President of the US next year. All year. And, you, happy, will still be a moron.
