TEHRAN, Iran – Iran has halted oil shipments to Britain and France, the Oil Ministry said Sunday, in an apparent pre-emptive blow against the European Union after the bloc imposed sanctions on Iran's crucial fuel exports.

um, note that they cut off two countries that buy very little Iranian oil to begin with. If they cut off Italy or Spain, this might be something more than empty rhetoric, but they didn't. So, for the moment, Soapy and Sniper can just go fishing.

Keep in mind that the UK anf France started it all when they threatened to boycott iranian oil (of which indeed they don't import all that much). Provoking Iran to cut its exports right now to comply ASAP. Those who are starting shit are the UK and France.
