Re: Nic?
To elaborate a little I'm glad this traitor of Sarkozy is out. He did enough harm in 5 years, and he placed many traitors at key positions in our government. Hollande is a socialist and I loath socialists. They are wannabe traitors, but hey at least Hollande's brother isn't a managing director of the Carlysle group.
?
Either way we are going down Greece style by year's end.

Re: Nic?
Oh some funny trivia:
the majority of the workers voted for Marine Le Pen
80% of the teachers voted for the socialists.
75% of the civil servants too.
At the celebration a the place de la Bastille, you saw algerian & communist flags, but no french flags... 1st polemic of the new presidency.

I can't see no french flag... no wonder Hollande wants to give voting rights to foreigners...
I'm not voting anymore. I wait till politics will be done with fists & baseball bats in the streets, then I'll let my opinion be known. Should be happening soon enough.

Yup and half of one of them is just along the river from me.
I think we are planning on Sopwiths or Spads with some cameras and LTD's
As to France, and Europe as a whole. This Hollande guy is clever, his 2nd in command is a German speaking dude who seems to be clever. The idea might be to look to Germany as an ideal and disengage from Greece ASAP, almost like WW2 backwards, but with google updates
The UK is still shite too, our Govt are so messed up and corrupt ( and seen to be so ) That our next PM might be the Policeman who stands outside number 10
I think that small countries, like the UK need to bow out of the larger game and focus on fixing themselves. Our budget deficits are caused largely by wars that don't need to be fought, but we join in on for the sake of keeping the US on side. while in the US you guys want us to piss off.
The big elephant in the room, of course is China ( not NK ) who are going to be massive with the new internet, or kill us all with the big missile/ large population equation.
Europe should be Europe and let the US do it's own thing and us do ours. But trade deals and massive backhanders won't let that happen for the next few decades at least.
