I was in a similar predicament once, but it involved drugs, alcohol and bum brakes.........what's your excuse?

Yup, that bites a lot of folks on the hiney....glad it was not worse for you.

That seems to go back to what Slick alluded to...empty bottle, full throttle and late on the brake..

I've never taken any kind of drug whatsoever, and I never drive after more than 1 or 2 beer (2 if spread over a few hours period)...
And once again... there were no brakes involved
