Getting the "story" straight....

Post by Pudfark »

This is a colossal "goat screw"...Absolutely preventable.
It wasn't. Why? It seems, in the peaceful country of Libya,
it was deemed "by some one" as unnecessary to provide "security"
for our diplomats/ambassador. Now, the Obama administration is in
"full cover up" mode. A practice some folks are painfully aware of....

Fast n Furious, Dream Act & ObamaCare, U.S. Military Forces, Middle Class,
The 53% who pay Federal Taxes, Fannie May/Freddie Mac, Doctors & Hospitals,
and lets just say a host of others, so as not to bore you.

Lawmakers to Obama: Get your story straight on Libya attack

Buzz...here is the lesson on "Show & Tell"....why, a reasonable person, should never default to only believing....what they are told. I believe it was Reagan, who said.. "Trust, but Verify"...Something, conveniently forgotten for the last four years.

What? Fox News thinks that Fast and Furious was all Holder's fault? Who'd have guessed.

Jumo, proven correct again. Regurgitate away, Pud!

The quality of Pud's inference is better than your standard... Why not accept that it is possible or even likely, given the known history around the issue? Of course, you have to actually consider that politcal animals like Holder and Obama might misbehave, and go from there. I don't think you would do that, which is pretty shortsighted. Blind actually...

the quality of Pud's inference is along the lines of a petulant 3 year old. Wahhh, Wahhhh, no like Obama!! Bad, Bad Obama!!
Nothing more, nothing less. I hardly am of the opinion that politicians and other officials don't misbehave, more importantly, I am quite aware that they are human a misjudge situations, but let's look a Pud's laundry list:
1. Fast and Furious--an underfunded operation started during Bush, continued under Obama. The lack of funds, coupled with
idiotic laws protecting gun sales, made it a poor choice to continue.
2. Dream Act--should have been passed by Congress a DECADE ago. Some few choose to block it, so Obama did the right thing
and used Presidential authority to permit it on a year-by-year basis.
3. Obamacare--not perfect, but a huge step forward for a massive number of citizens. Especially women and working poor people
along with any middle aged person seeking health insurance.
4.US Military forces--Obama is viewed far better than Congress or Romney on national security. Nuff said, except for this question
.....why did the GOP block a proposed Federal program to assist returning vets in getting employment?
5 Middle Class. What his point is there eludes me altogether, but Obama is the best hope for the nation retaining a Middle Class.
6. The rest are just generalized rants as well, with no connection to either Libya or supposed 'cover ups' or blunders.

In short, security should have been more robust in Benghazi, but money is limited. No doubt Obama's fault. Clearly, the ambassador warned of increased Al Quada activity, but when the military is stretched across the globe and Congress seems to
be planning it's budget to be slashed in January, what were they supposed to do?

by the way, it's going to be a hoot watching this crew of wingnuts ranting about Obama after he wins another 4 years. When do you all plan on turning the sights onto Hillary, soon to be the first Woman President?

be planning it's budget to be slashed in January, what were they supposed to do?
1. Not started under Bush. Further, "covered up" by Obama's executive order/privilege to save Holder's ass from incompetence charges. Which, by the way,
have been recently leveled.

2. The "Dream Act"...are those "Dreamers" covered under ObamaCare? NO. Obama says "NoCare" for them. He chose to "sneak" that in, a couple of days ago.

3. ObamaCare not perfect, agreed, far from it. See answer #2. Huge addition to
Federal Deficit. (Trillions)

4. Obama is viewed by who? As better? Certainly, not the "troops". Further, what influence has Romney "exerted" on the military? Why did the GOP block? Well, what was attached to the bill?

5. Obama's retention of the "middle class" has every appearance and statistic of getting them all on unemployment and "food stamps". Example: Chevy Volt, costs
$89,000 to make and sells for $40,000...also, has a $7000 dollar federal rebate. Obama is hell bent to eliminate the "middle class".

6. Oh, so in your opinion, Libya is not a "cover up" and not a "blunder"? Personally,
those particular words lack the appropriate definition to describe that situation. I would have said.." Damn near a criminally negligent disregard for "common sense" in an area known by all to be extremely dangerous/hazardous. I see "executive privilege" being wielded and it's just around the corner for Obama and Co. to hide behind.

Well, "In Short", here's what you do. Pull your head out of your ass, Pull your people out of harms way. Though, the can't afford it excuse is laughable...we just sent home 33000 troops from Afghanistan. "Security should have been more robust", ya think?

When it comes to "excuses", "diversion" and "hiding behind executive privilege"?
It's not hard to see, why Obama is your boy.

No accountability, both fiscally, Presidential and personally.
No responsibility, what so ever.
No show on "security briefings" all year long....until the Libya Terrorist Attack on 9-11...which came? As a "total" surprise.... :o

Do you ever flush the toilet, Slick? Or do you expect some else?
To do it for ya.
