Before ya throw it out there?
Might be helpful to know that MC's (mental cases) aren't stupid.
Quite the opposite. Their brains are running at a million mph and
that seems to be the cause of their strange behavior. Their perception
of things, especially "threats" is markedly different than ours.
When they become a problem, a risk to themselves or others, they're
primarily "medicated" to slow down their mental processes. That works
for a few hours. Many mental cases complain that the "cheap" medications
offered them have terrible side effects. They do. Everything from nausea, diarrhea,
head aches, incontinence and impotence. As a result of that, they don't take their meds. The newer medications have far fewer side effects, but are far more expensive. So, they are not prescribed.
The "New Affordable Health Care" to be instituted in the U.S.?
Well, at this point? It's totally unknown? How or When that coverage,
if any? Will apply.
It's a "cluster feck" of a problem.
Laws must be changed.
Funding for the care must be increased, dramatically.
So, what's yer theory?
