Well...not at all trying to "one up" ya...but, I retired at 48
The moment, I did, bought an airplane...a 55 year old all metal taildragger.

How was I able to do that? Worked double shifts for 28 years. Been pretty much sitting on my arse since spring 2004....When I wasn't flying.

Oops..my math..its 48 not 47.
