here's another adult...

....getting far too carried away by the teaching/recitation of kindergartners. Pud, this(and not saying this to pick on you, but the mindset)is the end result of folks trying WAY too hard to nitpick the education system for ideological purposes.

gawd, when I think of how badly we, as little kids, could butcher the pledge and/or national Anthem, yet, don't you know, we eventually learned all the words.

What's your point?
Everybody is doing it...so, it's ok?

The author of the link you chose to post?
Wrote an incomplete story replete with missing information.
In other words, insinuation and no facts...all story.

Your comment on it...the same.

no, it is my observation that far too many people want to get their panties in a bunch the moment they sense 'indoctrination'.

you should try and limit the use of question marks to actual questions. Just a quick English usage hint.

what the hell are you babbling about? The facts were plainly stated: A parent got worked up over 5 and 6 year olds reciting the Pledge. The parent went off on school officials in front of said 5 and 6 year olds(using 'strong' language, whatever that may have entailed). The parent continued to email the school with goofy complaints. The school ended up calling a deputy. Facts galore, what insinuation?

What facts?
What quotes?
All insinuation.
Complete with a "call the cops" to add validity to the
contrived insinuation.
Your posting of it.
Your feelings about the "contrived insinuation".
My statement about it's lack of facts.
Your repeating yourself, as if redundancy adds to manufactured false validity.
...and here we are again..
You with your chest all puffed out and red in the face.
Me, sitting here pointing out the obvious to ya and thinking?
What a douche.

Your feeble disingenuous attempt to make Tolwyn work overtime on his hobby is pathetic.

That'd be my final statement in this thread. Bye.. :)

So you want parents to 'relax and go with it' when ideological changes are incorporated into their children's education. Why don't you explain your position as opposed to attacking those who disagree with you? Because you can't defend yourself. You should go back to body humor slick, cause this isn't working for you.

Barfly, if you don't see this parents' behavior as ridiculous, shame on you. Beyond that, no sense responding to childish personal attacks, so I won't.
