Lost dogs will be a felony with 6 months in jail and a $10000 fine.
Found dogs will be aborted.

Then some liberal douche candidate running for Congress in the State of Hysteria..oops I meant New York...Will seize the opportunity to turn this whole "incident" in to a platform to run on.
