I use a commerically sold brand of screen cleaner, but see no chemical reason why Res' mixture wouldn't work. Just be very careful to not oversaturate the computer screen or press too hard at all on the screen, or damage is nearly guaranteed. If you have access to a BestBuy, Monster makes a cleaner for LCD screens.

Water-Vinegar50 mix or some regular window cleaner and use a microfiber cloth for the best results. Remember though, that spray the cleaner first to the cloth, not directly to the screen.
It's what they recommend when cleaning camera lenses, so it can't hurt in this case either. The products for household cleaning work here well, no need for specialist stuff, IMO.

On the serious note...I wouldn't use amonia,
so don't pee on it. ;)
