Judge tossed the suit almost a fast as was humanly possible, btw.

Frivolous Law Suits....should be heavily penalized...imho.

actually agree with Pud on something......there should be punitive damages like triple legal/court costs, if a judge deems the suit frivolous..

I agree frivolous lawsuits should be penalized to some degree.... don't they have loser pays in England? Or something similar. For an unemployed college student, it wouldn't take much, perhaps a $500 penalty would sting enough.

I think she needs lifetime "Norplant"...as a penalty.

my view from the local news is that daddy spoiled her into expecting everything would always work out how she wanted it.....sorry, but no.

Sounds to me...she got her education the "hard way"....
"Fed-Ed"...as in a Federally Influenced Education.

Later on...she found it lacking "promise".
It wasn't a guarantee? It was a loan.
As long as she pays the interest?
No one else will be interest (ed).
