old Joe CAN say the wildest stuff, but don't mistake him for stupid. He's sharp as a whip, probably knows international politics and situations as well as any American citizen, and is a consummate deal-maker with the legislative branch. Now, having worked on his first Senate campaign, and living a mile or two from his home, I might be partial, but the guy is alright. I supported his 3 Presidential runs to date, so I back up my support with my wallet. The US is in very good hands with Joe, and we get comic relief from him, too!
