Im surprised they fired shots at them imagine the outrage if it happened here, oh and apparently they dont find humans tasty yet another case of get your head out of the sand

on a related note, I saw the piece about the filmmaker in NZ who got attacked, 200 yards offshore on some reefs. If you are in those waters, that far out, and aren't extremely wary for sharks, you deserve the fate.

or, simply, "Don't be Shark Food". They may not like the taste of humans, but the problem is that if you are dressed in a reasonable facsimile of a seal costume, it's too late after they realize what they just tore into WASN'T a seal.....

Thats not that far out it just sucks he swam into them when the sharks were feeding on fish and birds wrong place wrong time considering there were other swimmers and surfers near by

Maybe they should just limit the size of the shark, or even better make every one that swims in those waters get a shark permit :P :lol:
