Some further investigating Buzz...
In Chrome, go to settings and from there go to Extensions and tell me what ya see...on mine, I have "RealPlayer HTMLSVideo Downloader Extension 1.5" Enabled

I installed chrome again, and it's fixed.
The old version kept telling me my flash player was turned off, and it was enabled.
