he's had a budget EVERY year....just doesn't make it out of House of Reps. And the House budgets don't get through Senate. Don't blame Obama, you've got 500 plus morons in the way.

His deficit reduction plan is rediculous. Increase spending, then hope the congress agrees to increase revenue sufficiently to exceed his new expenditures with excess to decrease the deficit. That is not going to happen.

that's called compromise. Note, please, that the spending is very targetted to items that will grow the economy long-term.

Obama's version of compromise, is the other side moving toward his position only. And there is no need to be polite about repeating political rhetoric that is not true.
