Obama's response is a waste of fuel. Though, admittedly the little tyrant could
use a slap.

what I suspect is happening is that the kid is being led around by a senior group of military leaders whose pay and lifestyle would be in jeapordy if the Dear Leader started to look at the welfare of the people. I think, in this case, the 'tyrant' is living in fear of his supposed 'servants'.

We need to launch "operation just kidding".
That is to launch a few Minuteman II or MX missled to land
on Pongyang with concrete in place of the warheads
loaded up with note cards that say in Korean, "JUST KIDDING!".
