Benghazi Whistle-Blowers Threatened
By White House, Lawyer Says

As State Department and CIA officials prepare to provide information about the deadly Sept. 11 attacks in Benghazi to Congress, one official's lawyer says they are being intimidated by unnamed Obama administration officials over their cooperation with investigators.

At least four career officials at the State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency have retained lawyers or are in the process of doing so, as they prepare to provide sensitive information about the Benghazi attacks to Congress, Fox News has learned.

Victoria Toensing, a former Justice Department official and Republican counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, is now representing one of the State Department employees. She told Fox News her client and some of the others, who consider themselves whistle-blowers, have been threatened by unnamed Obama administration officials.

“I'm not talking generally, I'm talking specifically about Benghazi – that people have been threatened,” Toensing said in an interview Monday. “And not just the State Department. People have been threatened at the CIA.”

Some "Classless Classic Examples of Stonewalling" from the link in the first post above.....

John Kerry sez:
“So if you have additional questions or you think there's some document that somehow you need, I'll work with you to try to get it and see if we can provide that to you,” Kerry told committee Chairman Rep. Ed Royce, R-Calif., on April 17. But Kerry added: “I do not want to spend the next year coming up here talking about Benghazi.”

Asked about Issa’s complaints about attorneys not receiving security clearances, State Department spokesman Patrick Ventrell on Monday indicated that – far from threatening anyone – the administration hasn’t been presented with any such cases. “I'm not aware of private counsel seeking security clearances or -- or anything to that regard,” Ventrell told reporters. “I'm not aware of whistle-blowers one way or another.”

All of this reminds me of the "three monkeys", Hear no evil, See no evil and the FBI, Speak no, do/no evil..."the FBI – whose probe of the attacks continues almost eight months later and without any known instances of perpetrators being brought to justice."

Special forces could've responded to Benghazi attack, whistle-blower tells Fox News

A military special ops member who watched as the deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi unfolded last September told Fox News the U.S. had highly trained forces just a few hours away, and said he and others feel the government betrayed the four men who died in the attack.

Speaking on condition of anonymity, and appearing in a Fox News Channel interview with his face and voice disguised, the special operator contradicted claims by the Obama administration and a State Department review that said there wasn’t enough time for U.S. military forces to have intervened in the Sept. 11 attack in which U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens, an embassy employee and two former Navy SEALs working as private security contractors were killed.

I know for a fact that C-110, the EUCOM CIF, was doing a training exercise in … not in the region of North Africa, but in Europe,” the operator told Fox News' Adam Housley. “And they had the ability to act and to respond.

The C-110 is a 40-man Special Ops force capable of rapid response and deployment specifically trained for incidents like last year’s attack in Benghazi. During the night of the Sept. 11, 2012, attack in Libya, in which U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed in Libya, the C-110 were training in Croatia, just 3 ½ hours away.

Here's another demonstration of Obama's Indecisiveness, Veracity and Credibility:

Obama walks back 'red line' stance on Syrian government using chemical weapons

President Obama, who earlier said use of chemical weapons by Syria on its people would be a “red line” requiring action by the U.S., walked the stance back on Tuesday, saying he needs more information on the reported attacks before responding.

Like I said...
At the start of this thread...

Were Benghazi Survivors Silenced? Obama Vows Inquiry Into Claims

Obama says he is unaware of GOP lawmakers' efforts to question Benghazi survivors, but pledges to find out more — as State Department officials push back against claims employees were threatened over disclosing details.

President Obama said he is unaware of longstanding efforts by Republican lawmakers to question survivors of the Benghazi attacks but pledged to investigate the issue.

I’m not familiar with this notion that anybody has been blocked from testifying,” the president said during a White House news conference on Tuesday. “So what I’ll do is I will find out what exactly you’re referring to.”

Well, first things first, Obama needs to get "aware" with what day of the week it is. Next, Obama needs to become "familiar with the notion" of what day of the month it is. Somebody misspelled "reefering to" as referring to.

That there above is the squirming part...like a wet worm on hot pavement.

'Huge Breakdown': Sources say Calls Sent for Military Backup in Benghazi

Special operations put out calls for military to move into position on night of terror attack, but State Department and White House never gave permission to cross into Libya.

The failure of the State Department or White House to give the military permission to go into Libya, according to the source, only accentuates the significant breakdown in communication among the State Department, military, CIA and White House.

The State Department Accountability Review Board, which investigated the attack and what led up to it, also claimed that "Washington-Tripoli-Benghazi communication, cooperation, and coordination on the night of the attacks were effective."

But one source told Fox News there was "not good communication" between State and Defense "on any level."

"State Department Accountability Review Board If their investigation is true? That leaves Hillary and Barry at the wheel and one or both of them decided to do NOTHING. Will Hillary go to jail for perjury? Will Barry "man up"? Is this another "red line"?

Here's another pantie twister......

BENGHAZI: Names of ‘whistleblower’ witnesses revealed

Appearing before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee will be three career State Department officials: Gregory N. Hicks, the deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Libya at the time of the Benghazi terrorist attacks; Mark I. Thompson, a former Marine and now the deputy coordinator for Operations in the agency’s Counterterrorism Bureau; and Eric Nordstrom, a diplomatic security officer who was the regional security officer in Libya, the top security officer in the country in the months leading up to the attacks.

Code word: I don't want to discuss this so I'm going to try to Intimidate and belittle anyone that goes down a path that I don't like because its getting harder and harder to defend this administrations actions.
