Nothing more, nothing less, and the guy is a brilliant analyzer of statistical data, always has been famous for it.

Still, anyone who claims that mankind has NOT had a deliterious effect upon the climate, or that the historical cycle is trending up in temps globally, or that sea rise is partly a man-made problem, is a flat-out fool.
