be aware, Pud, that although I am willing to state truth to them on this, I am of the opinion that much good has been, and can be, done by this administration. That is what I try to bring to anything: nuance. I am far from suggesting Obama belongs on Mt. Rushmore, but, he still compares quite favorably to Bush the Younger. For the record(and I played the game of ranking them all with a friend just the other day), Bush Sr gets the highest marks of any President in my lifetime(Ike eliminated since I was under 6 yo, JFK, Ford, get 'incomplete' grades).

This...just in. Predictable.

REPORT: BASHAR ASSAD'S 11-YEAR-OLD SON TAUNTS OBAMA

On Friday, The New York Post reported that 11-year-old Hafez al-Assad, son of Syrian dictator Bashar Assad, posted a Facebook message taunting President Obama and the United States, daring Obama to launch a military assault. The New York Times apparently believes the profile is real, since it lists him as a graduate of the Montessori school, which is indeed where young Hafez attended school.

Hafez wrote:
12 hours we waited…48 hours they said, we’re waiting…they may have the best army in the world, maybe the best airplanes, ships, tanks than ours, but soldiers? No one has soldiers like the ones we do in Syria, if you ask me what rank would I rank American “soldiers” I wouldn’t rank them the worst because the worst are soldiers, but America doesn’t have soldiers, what it has is some cowards with new technology who claim themselves liberators, they said they supported the “revolution” but actually they made it, right now we’re all Syrian it doesn’t matter if your with or against because that’s democracy, the abilty to express yourself in your own way so when people say that they are against the “regime” it’s fine but there’s a difference between those people and the people who claim our flag green, it’s like an offense to the country, but the worst is people who accuse the army of killing them, they accuse these men who are willing to risk they’re lives and die to keep us safe, of killing us, well when these people say that “the army is gonna end because America will attack” I can say that when America attacks it’s gonna attack every Syrian, with, against, terrorists, the army.

The rambling manifesto continues, suggesting that “I just want them to attack sooo much, because I want them to make this huge mistake of beginning something that they don’t know the end of it, just like Hezbollah defeated Israel and the NATO and by what?”

The whole world is taunting Obama and his decision (supposedly forthcoming, some day) based solely upon his indecision in the recent past.

that doesn't bother me.....hell, he's 11 years old, and the chances he'll live to see 20 are dicey, at best.

So you guys are advocating a 11 yo boy's murder? Bombing kadhafi's children was classless, but apparently it wasn't enough for you warmongers.

Nice

If we all leave them alone they will kill him, his father and eveyone around them.
this is a self consuming civil war.
No warmongering here, except for the Fascists (Democrats).
Let them commit national suicide.
The 11 year old kid is as good as dead already.

Well since Obama has stonewalled his word for another 9-10 days, waiting for Congress to make his decision? Which is a total validation of his lack of leadership....seems, we will all just half to wait for his excuse to abdicate his word. American media will never be able to cover up his global shame. Putin has called him for what he is.....meow, meow. Kibbles&Bits should be the name of Obama's Foreign Policy.
