who said he did? But, if he thinks Congress ought to convene, he has the power to convene them.....immediately. Frankly, it should have been done already, the Brits showed how.

application of rodentacide on Bin Larden) since day one.
The only thing that could help in Syria is to let them finish the national suicide
they embarked on to the last man, woman and child. Besides it keeps Alqeda very busy.
