How do you feel about those things?
Your opinion won't matter. You're an American after all.
Being an American my opinion does matter. You don't gotta like it, but that's how it is.

Anyhow, if you are, I'd love to hear the take from the Old World on the US Healthcare debate. Somehow,
I suspect hilarity ensues if you get to see some of the advertisements and political talking heads from this side of the pond.

Anyone care to step into this one?
I think I've seen some while I was in Texas in Juli.
It's astounding how similar the lines are that they feed you. Kind of like a translated deja-vu.

Diamond smuggling out of South Africa: Couldn't care less. (unless of course they're being smuggled into my garage. 8-) )

Whale hunting off Japan: I'm hungry. Let's eat 'em. Raw. ;)

Capital punishment in Canada: I'm all for it. This great land needs to grow a pair and start fryin' folks again.

Wow, I may be more liberal than you are..................

Diamonds: It's a scam by Debeers (sp?) and they're more plentiful than people can imagine. No reason for anyone to die for them.

Whales: Nuke Japan again. Whales rawk.

Killing Canadians: I agree with you. Once upon a time when you said Canadian people thought about rough and tumble men. Now they think FRANCH.

Ya see, I try to give the Kanuck's a compliment and you turn it into a homosexual overtone. Is it any wonder people think of French when they think Canadian?

Being 1/4 French I take offense to that statement.

Oh, wait.....I'm a Canadian. I don't take offense to anything.
