Most whom subscribe to the God myth believe
in creationism pure and simple. Very simple.
Many get UGLY when the fact that the Earth is at least
4.5 billion years old it mentioned. They do not like
the idea that there was a time before the bible.

True, the age of the Earth seems to be creeping up.
Back when I was a kid the age was supposed
to be in the 3,000,000,000 range. Now the main stream
scientists are suggesting more like 5,000,000,000 years.
No matter, it's all a sledgehammer blow to the concept
of 7,000~ years the Bible thumpers are claiming.
