Gee, who'd have guessed.

Post by Reservoir_Dog »

Gabriel Sherman's new book "The Loudest Voice in the Room" confirms once and for all that Fox News chairman Roger Ailes is an ultra right wing conservative who has steered Fox News into becoming nothing more than a Republican propaganda machine.
For many people, this book will confirm once and for all that Roger Ailes is the de-facto head of the Republican party. Sherman's book quotes Ailes as saying to other executives at Fox News, "I want to elect the next president."
Ailes still acts like the political consultant he once was. Ailes famously worked for Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush.

Kind of puts a whole new spin on this logo .... doesn't it.

not such a hot track record, huh? 0 for 2 by my count. Sort of like giving money to Karl Rove's PAC. They had something like a 0.8% success rate last election in the candidates they backed.

Well...it'd be hard to argue...that Fox is not the leading news organization...though, you can try ;)

The stank of "chicanery" is all over their competitors...for so many reasons...I won't bore y'all with enumerating them...

Methinks....R_D should watch some Bill O'reilly for some "spin"... :)
I get it that y'all don't like what is said there....lots of folks, don't like the truth...funny thing is,
more everyday are drawn to it, hence, Fox's success in that venture. imho... 8-)

Really? That's it? That's all the game you got, Pud?

Fox calling itself news is a title, dummy. That doesn't make it true, dummy.
I could call myself the "King of England" but that doesn't mean that I am. Dummy.
And you failed to address the "Fair and Balanced" part of that shameful logo. Dummy.

Commie News Network, they earned that name.

MSNBC, "one of these things is not like the other"
oh shit, my bad. LIBERAL networks can make racist fun of people.

NBC, remember the edited Zimmerman 911 tapes?

The beat goes on, it is NO WONDER that FOX is #1.

Callmeshit, your chimp is making a fool of himself.

All right R_D...in the spirit of fun...which, admittedly has been lacking...let's play with this a dab.. :)

Well...there's "Fair and Balanced" which you've admitted is attributed to Fox News and then there's
"Fare and Enhanced" which is admitted by me, to be attributed to the rest of them..what claims to be news. That was fun...wasn't it. :)

Moving right along......

There's yer royal status..brought into question..sad to inform you...but, there's no Queen of Canada, unless you qualify for the title and Ford abdicates... :P

Fox News does hold itself out to be "The News"...as does everybodie else. That'd be a fact..or you wouldn't of brought it up. Prolly the first thing you brought up in awhile...without a pill? Anywho, them what make up the news...concede that point. :)

I rather enjoyed this...I hope in the spirit of colonialism, it continues...though often misplaced, you do have some sense of humor. ;) :P
