OBAMA PROJECTS $5.5 BILLION BAILOUT FOR INSURERS
President Obama has given his first estimate for how big the initial bailout for insurers will be under his signature health law: $5.5 billion. Democrats prefer the name “risk-corridor,” but the taxpayer-funded pool to keep private insurers afloat amid ObamaCare upheavals will surely sound to voters like a bailout. And based on prior experience, we can expect that number to be a low estimate. More from The Hill.

[Fox News: “President Obama's budget pushes Health and Human Services spending over $1 trillion for the first time, reflecting an aging population adding to the Medicare rolls, as well as expanded coverage for younger people through the new health law.]

They weren’t Sooners this time - Oklahoma, like many states, is falling far short of its ObamaCare targets. With 26 days to go before the March 31 deadline, Tulsa’s KTUL says just 24,000 Oklahomans have signed up – just 24,000 of the 575,000 enrollees needed to meet the state’s ObamaCare quote.

[A law so important, it can’t be enacted - From a new Power Play column: “As vulnerable Democrats press for another unilateral delay of a key provision of ObamaCare, surely many in the party have come to wonder if the law is really worth all of this trouble. If it’s not worth enacting, is it really worth losing the Senate over?”]

;) 8-) :)

and HER INSURANCE COMPANY CHOSE TO CANCEL HER PLAN. That has NOTHING to do with the ACA. NOTHING. They may wish to use that as an excuse, but nothing in the law caused that, for the reasons I highlighted above.

Calif. senator sues ObamaCare exchange for causing policy cancellations of 1M

A California senator has sued his state’s ObamaCare exchange for causing the cancellation of more than a million policies and spending tax dollars in an “irrational, unreasonable and abusive” way, such as a lurid Richard Simmons video.

The lawsuit against Covered California and its director, Peter Lee, was filed late Tuesday by Sen. Ted Gaines

umm, the ACA has been law for a few years now. The only thing that got delayed really is the small business mandate. The major items, like personal mandate, and most of all, the new requirements for what has to be covered, who has to be covered(or cannot be denied coverage) and all are working and have been.

That's a poor dodge... ;)
Since the ACA has "been" the law for a few years? Where is Obama's authority to "change it" thirty something times, unilaterally?
Selectively enforce it? Ignore it? Delay it? Give select "groups" immunity from it?

Well? ;)

TOP OBAMACARE ARCHITECT RESIGNS

The man responsible for heading the agency in charge of crafting Obamacare rules and establishing regulations for the troubled and unpopular Obamacare exchanges has resigned.
On March 31, the day Obamacare enrollment officially comes to a close, Gary Cohen, a former Democratic aide to Rep. John Garamendi (D-CA), will step down as Director of the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIO), a subsidiary of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Republicans blasted Cohen for "misleading" Congress about the true status of the disastrous Obamacare launch. In October, Rep. Michael Burgess (R-TX), a medical doctor, called for Cohen's resignation.
"Mr. Cohen, more than anyone else, is responsible for the failed launch of the president's health care law," said Burgess. "Not only did Cohen fail in that task, but he misled Congress and the American people throughout the process."
