Re: Three days..Three weeks..Three months..
once again, no details(every other one so far has been customer error or insurance company transgressions), no verification, not much of anything, except Pud pushing the daily healthcare panic button. How many of the residents of Oswego County, for instance, now have affordable healthcare, and NO issues? Likely ten thousand to every single 'horror' story. But, you don't bother with such nuance. If you are really concerned about folks being denied health care, might I suggest getting involved up in Arkansas, where a lovely bunch of Tea Party wingnuts wish to take health insurance away from about 100,000 people.

While yer celebrating, don't drop yer butt plug. Ain't none of it true. Until you read her policy...the only way to get that? Is from her...unless, you incredibly believe? That kinda stuff is public information.
From the link, within your link this: "The Detroit News and fact checkers last month cast doubt on the accuracy of the TV ad."
Now this...
The original story was from the Detroit News...check out the author's cred's?
Who are the unnamed "fact checkers"?
Don't ya find it interesting....? You've got a young woman with very a questionable motive and no named "fact checkers"?
Then you obviously didn't do any research...and threw out an Atheist Blog fer proof....
Surely...you can do better than this....in the last three months?

Likely not..or you could find some verifiable definitive proof..not some atheist blog.callmeslick wrote:once again, no details(every other one so far has been customer error or insurance company transgressions), no verification, not much of anything, except Pud pushing the daily healthcare panic button. Obamacare's Hardship Exemption Rules Make the Mandate a Paper Tiger
A piece in the Wall Street Journal is getting attention for the claim that the Obama administration has made the individual mandate optional. There is some truth to this though the changes being discussed happened months ago. In fact, the WSJ itself pointed them out back in December.
The Journal story generating all the buzz today is titled "Obamacare's Secret Mandate Exemption." It points out that a recent rule change by CMS allows people to keep their old plans until 2016 instead of just until the end of this year. That document contains a footnote leading to a prior CMS memo, published back in December, which explains who is eligible for the extension. So far, nothing really groundbreaking, just the two-year extension of the right to keep your old plan that we already knew about.
But a link in that second document, the one published in December, takes you to the actual hardship exemption form which people have to fill out if they want to avoid getting hit with a tax penalty created by the individual mandate. And right there on page one of the form is a list of 14 ways you can claim a hardship exemption. Originally there were only 12 ways to claim an exemption. Forbes published a list of the 12 exemptions at the end of last October. They were mostly serious hardships like homelessness, domestic violence or eviction.
The two new exemptions which the administration added in December are different. Option 13 allows you to avoid the mandate if your insurance has been cancelled and you "consider" other plans unaffordable. Option 14 is an even broader catch-all. It reads "You experienced another hardship in obtaining health insurance." The document adds "Please submit documentation if possible." So, in theory, if you claim you had trouble with the website, you could claim a hardship exemption from the mandate.

Vegas man stuck with $407,000 medical bill after ObamaCare breakdown
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Larry Basich, a 62-year-old Vegas resident, has been stuck with the massive medical bill despite signing up for an insurance plan via the state exchange last fall.
Basich, according to the article, selected a UnitedHealthcare plan in November, and even paid his first premium. But he never received confirmation that he was enrolled, despite being assured that he was by Nevada Health Link.
Amid the confusion, Basich suffered a heart attack at the end of December, and had to undergo a triple bypass. Now, according to the Review-Journal, no insurer will claim his bills -- and he's caught in a financially frightening battle as he appeals to the exchange and its contractor, Xerox, for help.
"All I wanted to do when I moved here was buy a house, get a dog and go to some spring training games for the Dodgers," Basich, who moved from Hawaii, told the newspaper.
Xerox reportedly tried to assign Basich's bills to another insurance plan, but that plan is refusing to accept them. Basich's insurance broker also complained that Xerox is spending a lot of time lawyering up and documenting all of Basich's communications.
"I believe Xerox is covering themselves because of a huge system error," broker Tamar Burch told the paper.
